Well-managed Property, excellent location

This condo building is solidly built and the units are modern. Washer/dryer in each unit. Underground garage with one or two reserved spaces per unit. Management is ok, no issues and they get problems resolved. Location is the best thing about this place. Harris Teeter is across the street along with several restaurants, Starbucks, Dunkin, Barber shop, Etc all surrounding the building. Mosaic District is just a 5-10 minute walk. Finally, the biggest benefit is Metro. The Dunn Loring station is just behind the stores, about a 5 minute walk. The Metro itself is a 20-22 minute ride from Dunn Loring to Foggy Bottom.

Close to metro, upcoming neighborhood

Wilton House is a great location in Northern Virginia. It is close to Tyson's corner and about a 20 minute ride to DC (without traffic). It is right across the OL metro stop, but the metro is so unreliable these days. The management team is ok. There is a gym with treadmills and weights, but is not super fancy.
