Affordable comfort in Gaithersburg

We love the architecture of our one bedroom loft and enjoy lots of great natural light and a very well-equipped on-site fitness center. The community is extremely convenient to MARC, although not Metro, which can make travel to downtown DC difficult. Wish list for the neighborhood: a closer grocery store, a Starbucks, and a park would be nice. The community does host a lot of free events in the summer and there's a weekly farmer's market, which we enjoy. Management typically responds to requests promptly, as long as they're submitted via the resident portal. Phone messages tend to get lost.

Better Choices near

Gaithersburg station is nice. I think it is a great place to live, it's conveniently located to restaurants and friends, with a decent price. I wish it had been here when I moved years ago after college. Definitely a place that's on the uprise. Gaithersburg is trying.
