This is a fantastic neighborhood and is a perfect compromise for someone looking to stay in the loop without losing amenities or access to restaurants and other nightlife
Close to nice restaurants and grocery stories. however, the neighborhood is not the most diverse or student budget-friendly.
Safe neighborhood with good food and shopping. More oriented towards families and older couples.
Very close to grocery stores- walking distance from Whole Foods, short drive to Trader Joes, Central Market and HEB!
Good restaurants nearby, close to bar scene, lots of boutique workouts nearby.

The neighborhood is very safe!! I love living here, I doubt I move. There is also a lot to do around this area! Bars, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, close to malls, and very close to school!
Friendly neighborhood. Right next to Levy Park - good for dogs and a few restaurants. Very close (less than 5 min) to multiple grocery stores, restaurants.
Close to everything. Right next to Levy Park, which is a beautiful and enjoyable new park with outdoor workouts and dogs galore!
