Within 5 min walk to school, ECIR sits in a convenient location. The house is old but maintained well. The rent includes all the fees, no additional charges. It can be leased for 9 months, saving some money in the summer. The only disadvantage is the the expensive monthly rent.

ECIR is a hidden jewel for Ross MBA students. It is merely 0.3 miles from the Ross building which is so valuable given the hectic schedule. The staff at ECIR is superb provides extra help like providing free bikes for the entire semester, free parking, a community room for events. ECIR provides free storage as well (even if you move out and want to store stuff for a few months in the summer). The maintenance manager is awesome and fixes things promptly. Most importantly, it is only a 9 month lease (Aug 21 to May 21) which fits the summer internship schedule perfectly. Your classmates in other places will either be paying wasted rent for the summer or worrying about subleasing their place. Apartments are fully furnished so all you don't to buy a single thing more. The management hosts regular dinners/events so you get free food almost every other week. The only biggest con of ECIR is that its wireless internet is frustratingly slow.
