Expensive but comfortable
It's been good, its a pet friendly building and all the tenants are relatively clean and responsible with their pets. It's a small apartment, almost too small for a couple and a dog but there's a park across the street and a ublc library next door that kind of makes up for it. I do think the rent is way too expensive, almost not affordable for two grad students. The building has thin walls but neighbors tend to be conscious of noise levels. Management is responsive and apartment is located close to a few bus lines and maybe a 15 minute walk from the Green Line.
