Pretty good, cozy
A little far from campus (~20 min walk and by a hill on the way to campus), but cozy space. Kitchen is nice and spacious, rooms are all right, also spacious, and sunlight comes in well. House is clean. The problem is that you can hear the neighbors walking around and talking (if they talk a little loud), but I guess you get used to it over time. Close to a lot of conveniences, including pharmacy and food market.
