It's Fine
It's an old building that's been divided into tinier and tinier units over time, each iteration completed with a slap-dash attention to detail (eg uneven floors, walls). Incredibly overpriced, but our landlord is responsive and generally humane. Walls are thin and landlord's agents typically rent to undergraduate students, which creates some problems with noise/partying for other tenants. No pet deposit, which is great. Studio has open floorplan, but is tiny and has absolutely no storage.
