The apartment has lots of room and is in a great location. The people are very friendly. Access to a pool and workout facility. The apartment is only a mile from the school, so it is a nice walk.

Great location in the Vista - walkable to bars, restaurants, Riverwalk, Colonial Life arena, and more. Good maintenance team that addresses issues quickly. Easy and free parking. Safe and secure

It is the best apartment complex to live in!! The rent is fairly cheap, they do not lease to undergraduate students, the apartments are nice and the area is gated and safe, it is in a great location to do anything in Columbia. It is about 15ish minutes from school.

Great Apartment Complex!
My apartment complex is well-maintained, safe, and clean. It is in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Vista and to Strom (the USC main campus gym). It is, however, a 15 minute drive to school (up to 30 minutes if you get stuck in 5 o'clock traffic. The 3 bedroom apartment is slightly small but much more affordable than a 1 or 2 bedroom.
