Good apartment
For the price, this is a good place. I enjoy all the amenities and management is very responsive to all maintenance requests I've had. The only issue I have with the apartment is the surrounding community. It is only a 10 minute drive to campus, which is a major plus!

Complex backs up against Bachman Lake and has trail access. Lots of restaurants and stores. Close to DAL airport. 10-15 to SMU and the fancy shops over there.
Right by campus and highland park but lemmon is a little sketchy

Growing neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and grocery options nearby.
Safe, affluent, walking distance to shops/restaurants
Again, I do not feel comfortable running in the neighborhood. Also, there is reported that some of my neighbors have been robbed (on multiple occasions).
