Absolutely gorgeous building in a fantastic location
The building is huge, looks gorgeous when the vines on the sides of the building are full, and is incredibly easy access to everything you could possibly need (bus stops, food, grocery, COFFEE!) There's no denying that this building is old. But there's a difference between old and falling apart. Due to this building's age, it does require a lot of upkeep. Things like the elevator can have trouble from time to time and they have to shut off the water almost monthly for maintenance, but it's not the end of the world. I think when you move into a building this beautiful and old, you kind of have to expect things won't be like a brand new high-rise in Belltown. But if you can accept that the building is older and therefore needs a bit more TLC, then you're set. I personally prefer this over any brand new building, hands down.
