In the middle of Capitol Hill
I've been living lived on Capitol Hill for over 13 years. This two bedroom apartment is centrally located right at Olive Way & Belmont Ave E. It's in the middle of tons of restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping and nightlife. It's walking distance to downtown Seattle as well as Pike Place Market, Belltown, the Space Needle and other Seattle attractions. While it's an older building, it is secure and even has a nice park and p-patch behind it. There is coin operated laundry in the basement. The bedrooms are quite small but the living area is big and open - and there's a dishwasher. I've been here for nearly 10 years and don't plan on leaving.
