Pricy but worth it !

A little pricy but only a 6 minute walk to the law school. The underground parking is a life saver, and I feel extremely safe here. It’s marketed as student housing but I have had no issues with excess noise. It’s right near the Kroger which is convenient and comes furnished so I didn’t have to buy any furnitures or TVs.

Uncommon

I really enjoy living at Uncommon. There have been a few management issues, which I was unhappy with. For the most part, however, the building has nice amenities (i.e. fantastic gym!), and it is right next door to the Kroger on High. It is a great location (12-15 min walk to Med Campus, 1 min walk to groceries, and unlimited access to the wonderful restaurants on High!)
