Great apartment - less than perfect management

The apartment itself is fantastic. Well-priced, private, considerate neighbors, clean, and pet-friendly. The location is perfect - I walk everywhere since I have no car. The management can be a bit rude at times so you have to stand your ground and know your rights . Other than a less-than-friendly management, it's perfect.
