I already resigned! I love my apartment!

This is a great location, and I love that I am a little bit off campus. Management is excellent, and the response time to any issue has been less than 24 hours. They are very responsive and host great community events. You do have to drive to campus, but you do not pay for parking at the apartment. It is worth the drive for me, especially because I love Grandview Heights.

Love it here!

they have hired security to patrol the building at night, secure package pickup, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. The only problem I have living here is sometimes the traffic around 3rd avenue and olentangy river road, and that the ceilings are a bit thin so you can hear upstairs neighbors. Management is very responsive and the apartment is super nice and roomy. Lived in a 1 bed/1bath previously and it was $1250
