Big fan

So far, everything has been great (only 2 months in). Neighbors are friendly, there's always a neighborhood event for residents going on, and the location is unmatched. There is gated parking, but you pay extra for a covered spot. It is an older complex, so there's definitely some character, but most of the units have been renovated (recently!). The front desk has been very accommodating and friendly, although they were slow to process paperwork. I live on the 3rd floor (top) with a balcony, and absolutely love the light and outside space I get.

Review

Great location and very safe but expensive and you pay for it. Pretty inside but smaller. Live in Knox Henderson area near RH.

Carrara - Love it

Love the apartment! The best part about it is the location - I do not think there is a better place to live than off Knox in Dallas.

Carrara at Cole

I really enjoy living here! It is an older building so there are maintenance issues every now and then, but it is a safe area and has lots to do!

Great location but expensive

Highly recommend for somebody who has a bigger budget. Very walkable area, right near Katy trail. Plenty of eating options and within biking distance of SMU.
