Slate at Cole
I've lived in this building since 2021 and I've really enjoyed it here. My partner and I live in a 2-bedroom but he uses the smaller bedroom as an office. It's pretty spacious. Our kitchen is a little cramped but not bad. I can definitely hear my upstairs neighbors a fair amount, but these last two points were not the case in my other unit I lived in before. I've seen one roach in the four years combined that I've lived here. It's a very dog-friendly building. The gym is a little small but nice. The management and maintenance workers are super sweet. Being close to the Katy Trail is a pretty great perk. Gated garage parking free for residents and very easy to find parking as well as plenty of guest parking. Overall I'd recommend for sure.

Slate at Cole
Super great apartment and it has the best location on Knox street so you have access to all those shops and restaurants. Management team is always responsive and the overall apartment area is clean and quiet.
