Butler Brothers Building

Overall, it’s great value. It’s about a 17 minute drive from with traffic , about 10 minutes without.

Price per square foot is between 1.10 and 1.40. Units are solid surface, no carpet; great for pets.
There is a fitness center and study area.
I used DTX locators to find my apartment.
