it is frustrating just how much random things get added on to your rent, like expect to add 40-50 a month for the amenity fee, trash/recycling and water.

Overall a good place to live, fairly quiet with nice light, just expensive.

I've had a holistically excellent experience at 7West. The management staff is great, the units are nice, and the location is unbeatable for law students. I've had no serious complaints since I got here. Most of the residents are students or professionals, there aren't many kids in the building and it generally isn't very loud.

I have loved living at 7west. The amenities are great and the apartments are nice and updated. The only concern I have ever had is safety related, whether that is other tenants in the building who are a threat or outside people coming in and robbing the building. That is the only downside, otherwise it is a good place to live and management is receptive to feedback about issues you have.

It's nice being close, but you pay a lot, and they don't hesitate to nickel and dime you for everything.
Apartments are also tiny

I chose this apartment based on proximity to Carlson and in that regard I am very happy (about 5 min walk). The apartment build quality is ok, but not super high end. The layout is a little bit small and I wish there was a little more storage space.

The walls are pretty soundproof. I'm in a corner apartment facing towards USBank Stadium and the living room receives a lot of sunlight.

I cannot say enough about how convenient it is to be close to school. The building is really nice and has a lot of amenities, but is really expensive for what you are getting. However, the location makes it worth it and that factor alone makes me glad I live there!

Little pricey but totally worth it for a couple; extra storage is right down the hall; free internet and gym; responsive and respectful mgmt; across the law school; pet friendly; great neighborhood;

I absolutely love the apartment complex. The management is amazing and always willing to help/work with residents. It made me feel at home immediately.
