Expensive, but great community
I've lived in three different apartment units in this complex. The staff are friendly and responsive. The community events are fun. Gym is nice and well-maintained. Pool is open year-round. Pet-friendly with a new dog park. NON-smoking property, which is hard to come by! It is pricey overall, but worth it if you can afford it. Some community amenities are required, like internet and cable, trash valet, water/sewer. Proximity to Hwy 17, I-526, and other points of interest is also helpful.

You get your money’s worth
It’s a great place to live with great management and facilities. Plenty of social events and food trucks. The only thing is that it is very expensive for how far away from everything it is.

Clean, new, stylish
In West Ashley, about 20 minutes from school. Very modern and fairly new. I’ve lived here all through law school and it’s been a great home! If you’re looking to live a little out from school and not downtown, the heyward is amazing!

Great place if you can afford it
This apartment complex is great for young professionals. There is a pool which allows for great relaxation. Located about 13 miles from Charleston School of Law it takes about 30 minutes with traffic to get there.
