Atlantic at Grand Oaks Review

The complex is nice and clean, and I appreciate the valet trash service. I have had some issues with the management team not getting back to me about certain maintenance issues. The gym and pool are always clean and well-kept.

Safe, quiet, far

This apartment complex is a safe neighborhood that is typically calm and quiet. There have been no issues to date, maintenance comes when needed and promptly. Other people have issues with their packages, but i have not yet. Very clean when I moved in and nice people at the front desk. It is a bit far from campus since it is in West Ashley (30 min with traffic), but rent is cheaper for a big space, and quiet area.
