Excellent complex

35 Folly is a great complex! We just got a new management company, so I'm unsure of how that will change things. I feel very safe as a female living alone with my dog. It takes me 5 minutes to get to CofC campus. The complex is keyfob, I often forget to lock my door and I do not have to worry about someone getting into my unit. There is a pool, parking garage, gym/yoga studio, firepits, grills, and a common area with a pool table. Maintenance is VERY quick to respond to issues, they have been at my door within 15 minutes numerous times. I cannot hear neighbors through the walls and I'm on the top floor so no one is above me. It was an adjustment to the highway noise but it no longer bothers me. My unit thankfully faces the sun, but others are on the dark side so I would beware of which you choose.

Great Place to Commute to School

Although not many law sudents leave at this apartment its less than a 10 minute drive. Great if you have a dog as behind our apartment is a walking trail.
