Poor management and poor quality
For the amount you have to pay this property is not worth it. The walls are unbearably thin and authorities are called to the property for different domestic disturbances regularly. Management is extremely rigid and does not care about the tenants or property. The tour they give makes the apartments look so nice but it is truly a smokescreen.

Close to Campus But Poor Management
If you are looking to live very close to campus and have access to a huge pool, this is a great spot to live in. But, MAA is not easy to work with and you have to fight steep rent hikes at the end of each leasing cycle. The apartments themselves are fine, carpet throughout, screened-in porch, no bedroom lights. They are pet-friendly but are very strict about visiting dogs and other pet rules.
