Expensive but Worthwhile
The apartment itself is very pretty with modern features. Management is great and maintenance team is very helpful. However, apartment is very expensive for what it is, and utilities, electric, and internet are not included. Parking is somewhat inconvenient in a garage across the street, and only one spot is included (important if you have roommates).
