Great apartment, Great location

The location of the apartment is amazing! It is close to campus (less than 10 minutes) and right next to the highway so I can get anywhere within 20 minutes. The apartment is a little on the pricer side but well kept! The interior design is amazing, the hallways/garage are kept clean and beautiful amenities (pool, gym, conference room). The only downside is management can sometimes be slow to respond.

5755 Herman Park

The apartments are very nice. Management/Front Office can be hard to get ahold of at times. Packages take a a day or so after delivery to be available to pickup.

Costly

The location is pretty costly but it's worth it if you want to live near the medical center and UH. It's also safe and pet friendly and not many people live here so it's quiet and peaceful.
