Nice space bad elevators

I like my room, but the elevators break frequently. The kitchen is a bit antiquated and could be more modern as well. I like the renovated gym and communal area.

Close to campus

Maintenance comes within about a week or 2 of placing a work order. Nice gym facility. Close to campus. I just don’t like how the $25 trash fee every month is not optional. Other than that, I haven’t had any real issues so far. i also like how there is no carpet in the apartment (I have dust allergies) and I like how you don’t need to pay for parking and we park in a garage which is safer.

It gets the job done.

It's fine here. Nothing fancy, gets the jobs done. 10 minute drive to campus
