Scotland Yard

It's a good place to live overall if you're not expecting anything crazy. Amenities are nothing special, but maintenance is fast and effective. The rent is relatively cheap for the square footage.

you get what you paid for

Relatively affordable rent, close to UH. The staff try hard to maintain the property but this is a really old apartment complex, so things are falling apart while they repair. The neighborhood isn't great, if you drive to school every day, then it's no big deal. Very limited resources for laundry and other amenities are even worse. Overall, it gets the basic job done (study for school, cook, sleep) but don't get your expectation up too high.
