No flood, quick response to maintenance request, lots of parking places, good common area.
The outside road towards the gate is very very rocky and flood a lot, but inside is fine.

The neighborhood around the apartment complex is residential for the most part, with some very nice houses nearby. There is also a middle school down the street, which means that around the end of the school day that street can be very busy, but the rest of the day the streets are very easy to navigate.
