Great except parking
Great property, great neighbors, peaceful, clean, thick walls, and only about ten (10) minute drive from TAMU Law. I live in a 1 bedroom with a sunroom (instead of a patio) which I turned into a home office so it works perfectly to study at home. The only downside is that parking for guests is ridiculously antiquated -- need to get a parking pass in person (which means during office hours) and there's almost never room in the guest parking spots. So if you plan on having friends over frequently, I'd consider other locations first.
