Good one bedroom
Spacious one bedroom and probably the best deal you can get close to campus (only about 2.5 mi away). Rent is very affordable for what you get. The apartment is pretty big and has updated appliances. I have had no issues living here. The drawbacks are that there is no patio/balcony, the HVAC system is kind of loud, and there are no community amenities (pool, gym, etc). But that's probably why the rent is so low compared to most one-bedroom apartments in the downtown area. Parking is convenient and the complex is gated and feels safe.

Good one bedroom
The apartment is a nice size for a one bedroom - feels like a lot of space and the kitchen is big with lots of cabinets for storage. It has an in-unit washer/dryer, which was key for me. The complex feels relatively secure - it is gated and has security cameras. It's not super modern, but all the appliances work and it gets the job done. Good apartment for the price. Most other one bedrooms with in-unit washer/dryer were at least $400 more per month.

Apartment Review
Overall the apartment meets my needs and the management company is very responsive. Its a big one bedroom with a nice kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. The rent is reasonable and it is close to the city.
