Elan River District

This is a very clean and quiet place to live. Wouldn’t recommend an apartment close to white settlement because of traffic noise but further from the main road should be better. Great pool and friendly staff.

Elan River District

Nice facilities. Staff isn't the smartest and there are some design flaws (i.e. key fob reader on opposite side of door from handle). They have tons of nice community TVs but they are inaccessible due to a weird remote control policy and early closing of community areas.

Love my apartment!

I have really enjoyed living at Elan River District. It is super nice and brand new, the only thing I would say I don't love it the construction. Other than that, it is in a pretty quiet area and is about 12 minutes from downtown. I will live there for all 3 years of law school
