Great Apartment with Great Activities
My roommate and I have had a pretty good experience with this apartment. The pool and gym are maintained well and the complex looks nice. It is a beautiful unit with nice flooring and utilities provided. We recently attended a Thirsty Thursday even where food and drinks were provided which was fun. The leasing office can be difficult to contact at times. Additionally, we have had difficulties including a noise complaint we couldn’t figure out why we received as we have not hosted anything in our unit and we do not play loud music. This side of town is fairly sparse, so if you’re going downtown to drink, an Uber can be pricy. Overall, the apartment itself is a great place to live, but the location is not always great if you’re a young single and issues arise from time to time.

Great Place for 1L
Great place overall. The only problem is that it is a 15-minute drive from most things that you will want to get to which gets annoying over time.
