10-15 minutes from campus, great value
We live in a1 bed/1 bath at the Views on the Cumberland II complex over by the Charlotte Pike area. 15 minutes to campus during rush hour, 10 minutes when you're going to the hospital at 5am... The whole complex was recently renovated with granite countertops and a wood-burning fireplace. Decent size living area and bathroom, with a bedroom on the smaller side. We also have a balcony and we are on a hill over the Cumberland River which makes for a nice private feel. We are really happy with the place - at $1049/month, it was the best we could've asked for! There's not really enough storage space for us as a couple, but it would be more than enough for one person. The area is not super walkable, but there are a few takeout places nearby and plenty of shopping.

I love this apartment
My experience was been fairly good. I've really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is extremely dog friendly. Though this complex doesn't have a dog park, the two neighboring apartment complex have one. Also the apartment gym is awesome. Its also right off the highway and pretty close to downtown.
