Western Hills Apartments

Convient location for those with a car that want to be close but not quite in the city. Lots of shopping nearby. Management is nice. They cover maintenance and are quick to respond. Offer lots of benefits and in gated community. Quiet apartment complex. Pets allowed with pet rent.

Honestly I don’t think we could have found a better apartment complex to fit our needs. My biggest concern was safety when looking for places to live & this one has a coded gate to enter the property & all of our neighbors seem to be younger couples/families/grad students. Maintenance & the front office is VERY quick for any issues we’ve had (just a few in move it trying to figure some things out lol). They do a few resident giveaways through their social medias similar to how my undergrad apartments facilitated. 15/20 minute drive to campus is not horrible either. Very close to Aldi, Kroger, Walmart, Target, & lots of grocery stores & restaurants.

12-20min drive depending on traffic, but enormous apartments with a wonderful management company. Pet friendly. Pool, pickleball/tennis on site.

Great apartment complex! A little farther away from school (13 minute drive), so may be better for 3rd and 4th year students who dont have as many clinical duties. Super quiet, responsive managers, and are pet friendly. Also has a nice pool!

Less than 15 minute drive without traffic, but there is always traffic. VLS makes it very hard to commute. Parking is a nightmare and you will have to be on campus all the time, even for very short meetings. Prices recently went up here; unless you can find something much cheaper, I'd stick close to campus. The management here is not trustworthy either. They are always removing amenities. The pool is frequently closed.

I've lived in Western Hills Apartments since my P2 year and absolutely love it here. It's in a gated community right by the West Nashville shopping center. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to campus. All my neighbors are super friendly as well!

It’s been a great place to live and the apartment is very spacious!

It is very quiet, surrounded by nature but everything is close. Walmart is 10min away, Costco, Publix, Marshalls, etc are 5 min away. Many restaurants, mechanics, and supermarkets near by. 15min away from Belmont.

I've lived at this apartment for over a year and a half and I absolutely love it here. The neighborhood is a gated property and all my neighbors are great. They have a tennis court, pool, and gym on site, which is really nice. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to campus, sometimes more when there is traffic, but overall its not too bad. It's a great location and by the west Nashville shopping center. I really like living here and is a great option, especially if you have a roommate!

I moved here over the summer and I absolutely love it. Its a gated community and in a safe area. The complex comes with a pool, dog park, tennis court, and gym center. My apartment is around 1000 sq units and is the perfect size for two roommates. Plenty of parking for both residents and guests. Neighbors are super friendly and has great prices for rent. Reaching out to the landlords is super easy and if I have an issue, they always come fix it fairly quickly. About a 15 minute drive from Belmont, but with traffic can sometimes be longer. The apartment is by a bunch of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping complexes. Would definitely recommend!
