Great but beware the price
Has been great, close to Sparrow (<5 min drive) and within 10-15 mins of campus. Has become more expensive but I think still relatively reasonable to many of the apartments in East Lansing while being a big upgrade in terms of the new building and good area in downtown Lansing.

Great but beware the price
Me and my partner really enjoy living here. We are both med students and both go to Sparrow often, it is nice only being 3 minutes away. There is also a decent amount of places to eat, walk, etc. in Lansing which is great for us. Just be forewarned as we were not, that while the rent is not terrible if you split it, the other costs creep up, like $30 for parking a month, electricity, and water. Overall though, we are both happy we live here!

Love living here
I live by myself at Marketplace in Lansing and I love it. It's a quick 10 min drive to campus and I live on the river. I have a big balcony which is awesome to study on! The riverwalk is also a great place for exercise. The apartment complex includes a gym which is nice to have close by! There is also a bar on the first floor with yummy charcuterie boards. Lansing Brewing Company is across the street as well! Great place to live with/without roommates!

Downtown Lansing Apartment
I love this apartment! It is farther off campus in downtown Lansing but only takes about 12 minutes to get to the b-school. I would only recommend this apartment if you have a parking pass though. Highly recommend!
