Do not choose here

The property management team is not capable of running the facility. The unit will not be cleaned or repainted before you move in and repairs will take more than a month to be addressed. Additionally, there is no overhead lighting or closets so you will be furnishing from top to bottom in a very small foot print

RCF Apartments

Pros: Excellent location (close to campus, Grand River bars/restaurants, Whole Foods, Okemos Meijer), pet friendly, easy parking M-F, new furnishings, free gym, generally quiet even though it's undergrad-heavy.

Cons: Somewhat noisy from neighbors above (not great soundproofing, can hear walking around), weekend parking can be difficult (especially with home football games).
