Great neighborhood - very bike/walk friendly and very safe (even at night)
Overall a good location. Quick drive to Rice campus, but there's also the option to walk depending on where you live. There are decent places to eat and hang out in Rice village, so it's nice being nearby. Things are generally safe, but there are a few spots where I've found myself regretting walking alone at quiet times.
This is a great neighborhood with a lot of restaurants/pubs and shops in the vicinity.
