AMAZING
It’s definitely worth the price!! The service is amazing and the area is just right! its super close to everything, but it is pretty pricey.

Nice Apartments and Amenities in a great area
Everything about the apartment is great. It is usually pretty quiet. The management could be better, but as is the case with most apartments.

The apartment itself is nice. Property is run very poorly. Would not recommend for anyone.

Great Location
Gables River Oaks
Wonderful location- walking distance from Whole Foods, SoulCycle, Local Foods, Chuy's
Safe Location- Parking garage is very secure, key fob entry is required at every door
Quiet location- Moved from NYC, we are at the back of the building and it is very quiet, not a lot of noise in the hallways or outside
Amenities include: gym in building, laundry in unit, wine fridge in unit, parking garage, trash pick up, parcel pending package room, pool
