Great

Lived here for about 2.5 years. Been really good and at a great location, just next to the metro-station. It's a condo complex, so rent could vary depending on the owner.

Great

Has everything one would need. Safe and clean. Not brand new or state of the art but still great place for students without paying outrageous “luxury” overrated brickell prices. Very close to campus and apartment is 2 minute walking distance from metro station.
