The Washington at Chatham

I have experienced nothing but kind and helpful people here. From maintenance requests to security guards, everyone is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend living here.

Great location. Near downtown restaurants, theaters, and other attractions. Nice view. Has convenient access to a cardio room, weight room, and yoga/pilate rooms with yoga/pilate classes on weekends. Parking is extra but very convenient and under cover. Situated right next door to Marriott Hotel with a restaurant so visitors have a place to stay in the same complex. Starbucks conveniently located on the first floor. Apartment is new and looks lovely with floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms with automatic blinds. All rooms have recessed ceiling lightings, fans, and both the hallways and rooms are well lit. Nice kitchen appliances along with garbage disposal, large granite counters, and washer/dryer. Has nicely carpeted bedrooms, wood floor living room and hallways, and clean, updated bathrooms. Feels spacious due to high ceilings. Maintenance responds promptly and office personnel are friendly and accommodating. We have enjoyed living here.

I live in the Chatham Condominiums. The walk is less than 10 minutes from the law school. I live right next to the T stop too! There is a Starbucks directly across the street, which is so convenient. The doorman and FOB entrances make me feel very safe. The neighbors are nice and quiet. There is an indoor gym space and a private outdoor park area. I love living here!

The administration is very helpful. They are always available to speak with in person, as well as via email/phone. They have been great in accommodating me with certain requests.

I have a doorman which makes my building feel extra secure, it's close to Duquesne Law, and the building is well maintained, clean, and kept.
