Cozy but tiny
Cozy and great location but it can be a bit too tiny. I also have problem with pest control and the security of packages.

You get what you pay for - great location and cheap, but unit is not as accommodating as other places in the area.

The location in the CWE is excellent. The newer apartments are pretty nice, but there have been some issues with leaks.

My experience overall has been good. I have had a few maintenance issues with leaks and a bad drain. My biggest issues with the facilities are that there is no recycling and no real system for package delivery.
The location is great for someone without a car. The building is across the street from Whole Foods and less than a ten minute walk to the Metrolink and all the CWE bars and restaurants. The area feels very safe.
