The Estates at River Pointe

Its a good apartment complex. Safe, never had any problems with management, tennis court, volleyball pit, pool and gym are all nice.

I really enjoy living here and on Mud Island. I feel like being out here gives me work/home separation that is especially important for any medical student. There are lots of students that live out here and it's never hard to carpool with someone to events. Although the rent is on the higher end of things, a lot of that is because I am choosing to live alone on a nicer property. I love the greenery and upkeep around the property and my commute to campus down the main street of Mud Island is beautiful. Would absolutely recommend this property to incoming students.

So far, I have loved living close to school, but still being in a separate area with lots of nature.

I really enjoy The Estates! The complex is very quiet and we have yet to have any problems. The only inconvenience is the gate to get into the complex, which requires a guest code and the resident to "buzz in" the guest, which is sometimes a long process. Outside of this, I have no problems with the apartment.

Doesn’t get much nicer and safe in Memphis.

Excellent secluded area - doesn't feel like you're in the city.

The management is great, but sometimes parking gets full, there is a weird smell outside often, only one dumpster so if you live in the back you have to drive up to throw your trash. The apartment is a bit outdated.

I have had a great experience living here! It was difficult to get the actual lease in terms of a guarantor form and communication among many people, but I have had no problems since. Maintenance is quick to come and fix any problems.

Great place, has everything my wife and I were looking for. The community is great. Sometimes can have a odd smell, though I think that comes from living close to the river.

I never had any problems here. Maintenance is always super responsive.
