it’s a good place to live in memphis. it is relatively safe and the scenery over the mississippi river is breathtaking. it is also a short 10-15 minute drive to school. i highly recommend

recommend!

I love my choice to live at Estates. The complex feels very safe and has easy access to green space on Mud Island. I have never heard any of my neighbors make any sound, I love my apartment, and I have had great experiences with maintenance requests.

Perfect Stay So Far

A really beautiful spot close to campus. Apartments are clean and polished, management is on top of things with work orders and making sure your stay is good as well. It's a gated community so I have always felt secure for the most part. Pricier than some other options but it's definitely worth it for what you are getting.

Love living here

I love being on mud island in close proximity to the Greenbelt and Cordelia’s. I make tripe frequently when I’ve forgotten just a thing or two for dinner or if I’m just too tired to cook at all. Maintenance is very responsive, often coming to fix stuff the day I submit a request.
