I have thoroughly enjoyed living here all four years of medical school. I feel safe and secure, the complex is gated, the maintenance and management staff have been very responsive, and the complex is very clean with great amenities. If I stay in Memphis for residency, I will highly consider staying at this complex because it has been a great experience.

I really love my apartment. Nice kitchen, spacious rooms, tons of storage, and lots of natural light. Highly recommend getting a third floor unit for the vaulted ceilings and fireplace! Also, I can charge my electric car in the garage that I rent, which is huge.

I really enjoy living here. It’s a pretty quiet community, but still close enough to all the activities downtown. There’s a gym, pool, and tennis court which is super convenient and I’ve never had any issues with management.

Best apartment experience! The maintenance crew is amazing and fix something the day after I send a request. When the gate breaks, they fix it within the day! Safe area and a great place to walk my dog.

I really like the gym and the size of the complex. Gated community feels safe and other residents are great. Tired of carpet flooring. Wifi works well in this area. Well maintained property, and maintenance team works fast. Lighting in bedrooms is okay, you may need lamps. Parking is an issue, resident parking is always full, and I very frequently have to park in guest.

Love living here. The office isn’t the best as it took forever to sign the lease because they don’t communicate but no problems past that point

complex is overall pretty and has good utilities.
some of the apartments are a bit old and should have been renovated before we moved in - our carpet is a bit old and has an odor and one of the bathrooms is a bit old but usable.
lots of power outages especially the back apartments go out for longer ~24hrs. had about 8 outages in our first 14 months but not really the properties fault.
walls are thin - I can hear people talking outside our door and if I am in my closet and the person above is I can hear them talking.

depending on which apartment you get you may not have sunlight. we get no sunlight so we cannot have any plants.
we've had spider problems continuously but our traps get them.
I feel safe overall compared to any other place on the island
