Living at Madison Shelby Farms
I'm currently enjoying my stay at Madison Shelby Farms. The facilities (air conditioning, plumbing, security) are functional and well-maintained. There have been no issues with pests or mold (that being said, I live on the 3rd floor, so I cannot speak for the floors beneath me). Costs of living have been fair, the surrounding area is safe, and the extra amenities (pool, gym, bicycles) are pleasant.

Really good amenities. Security is good and maintenance is on top of it. There is a bit of added fees onto the rent so cost could be a little misleading.

Living Experience
The living space was well-maintained when I started living here (no mold or nasty smells) and the location is safe, especially for a Memphis apartment. Parking can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, but you don't often need to park far from where you live. The pricing is fair. I wish you didn't have to pay extra for a washer/dryer rental, but the pricing isn't bad, and it's well worth it.
Management can be a bit tough to reach, but good to work with nonetheless.
