Expensive

Expensive and looks expensive but in my opinion is kinda cheap. Staff is mostly nice. Location is good

Close to school, but way too expensive

303 is close to school and saves money by not having much of a commuting cost. However, it is expensive, and rent is increasing in 2023 to $2,600 a month for a two bed two bath. This does not include parking or utilities, which is charged separately. This does include WiFi, internet, a small gym, and a pool. The biggest plus is the apartment is fully finished, which is nice for students moving here from out of state. You also have to resign your lease within months in order to secure your apartment for the upcoming rental year.

Awesome Apartment Complex

Great apartment complex within walking distance to campus (approx 20 mins), but far enough to be away from all the crowds and noise. Located on the river, providing great mountain views, campus views, and river views. Apartment is pricey, but has lots of amenities and is very convenient. Parking on same floor is awesome, too.

I Love It Here

I absolutely adore living here. It’s extremely clean, fairly quiet for being a student apartment building, and the staff is so sweet and so helpful. The apartments come furnished (I opted for furnished because I don’t plan to stay in Knoxville or Tennessee to practice) and the furnished is gorgeous. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and decent space in the bedrooms. I was able to decorate my apartment pretty well. Utilities are like $34 a month and they gave me a deal on parking so try and negotiate!

I have been really satisfied with my experience living here. The commute to school is quick, it's fully furnished, the residents are not terribly loud, and I have access to both guaranteed parking and a ton of amenities.
