Awesome but pricey
I love it here; it has everything I could need and helpful management that are open pretty often (just not on weekends). Sometimes I get frustrated because door dash or packages sometimes don’t make it to me because the security on the building is tight. Need a key fob or a code to get in. Very safe though!!! It’s really expensive but for the square footage, trash service, quality of management, and niceness of the apartment, it’s worth it for me. Personally I am going to leave to find a cheaper deal but it was great for 1L year.

safe, great apartment
It is a very safe apartment complex with a great view on the river. the pool has been closed this whole year for renovations is my only complaint. management puts on events for residents every month and offers a group fitness class every week in the gym which is very nice.

Great spot to live
One Riverwalk is a great spot to live. If you are facing the river the views cannot be beat. The amentities (gym, study room, grills) are great although the pool has been under construction for a while. Walkable to the law school in about 20-25 minutes which is great because parking is tough and there is a lot of traffic on the bridge during rush hour. Highly recommend.

safe, great apartment
It is a great place to live- the only thing is the price, but I have never had issues with maintenance, management, or my apartment in general. It has been a great experience, and I have lived there for 2 years now. It is in a very safe spot and easy to walk to downtown!

Happy Here!
I love that I am able to walk or ride the KAT bus to campus and don't have to worry about parking. It is a mile from the front of my building to the front of the law school, so about a 25 minute walk. It is walkable from other campus activities (football games, events at Thompson Boling, etc.) and downtown. The apartment itself is nice, and I think that you get what you pay for. I would only live in the apartments with the Riverview because its awesome, but I think rent wouldn't be as worth it for me without it. The gym is on the smaller side, but it works if you aren't too picky. I also find that I can hear my upstairs neighbors, but not my next door neighbors. I feel like that is pretty standard for apartments. I haven't had any problems with cleanliness, and I feel like my maintenance requests have been answered pretty promptly. The traffic situation has gotten much more congested from 8-9am and 4:30-6pm because of the Gay street bridge closure and the new apartment building the Davy. It adds an extra 10 minutes just to get across the bridge because its very slow traffic. This is my second year living here, though, and I plan to stay through my last year of law school.

Amazing Experience
Close enough to walk to downtown but over the river on the quiet and safe side of the city. Easy commute to bars, grocery stores, and restaurants. Free and accessible parking. Great amenities.

Great Place to Live, at a Price
I love living in One Riverwalk Apartments. The views of the TN River are great, the apartments are spacious and clean, and they offer great amenities (gym, pool, grills, firepits, porch swings, trash service, etc). I also love the location (no more than 8 minutes from school, a walk away from downtown, very close to UTK campus for sporting events/library). Also, they offer parking garages (one of which has a gate) and scan-ins for the doors, so I feel very secure here. However, it is quite expensive to live here, and they have increased my rent ~$100/month when I renewed. Other than the cost of rent, this is a wonderful place to live!

Very Happy Here
I love being a short walk away from downtown or campus. I also love living on the river because it gives me an escape from school. The building has a pool and a gym and very friendly neighbors. The location is walkable on gamedays and to the farmer's market on saturday or to Old City on Friday nights. Can't beat the location!
