Pretty good
Nice place to live and good location but management is pretty bad/ridiculous sometimes

It’s not worth the price of admission
Overall, my time at Pav has been unpleasant to say the least. I would have thought that paying $1000+/month would be a pleasant place to live but the problems continue to build. When I first moved in, the shower didn’t work; the handle spinning infinitely with no water released. It took over a week for management to fix it despite its very high priority status. The other repairs also have taken a week or more. If that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve had several packages go missing and there have been repeated problems with package thieves. The gym and pool are nice touches but aren’t in great repair. Furthermore, it’s loud most weekend nights with people partying constantly so sleeping soundly is a struggle. It is a plus that a lot of social activities are held here, but there are also a number in Ivy and you’d be better off living there.

The Pavilion has its purpose
The Pavilion is extremely convenient to the law school. I can leave 10 minutes before class and get there on time. However, the rent is pretty steep for what you ultimately get. The management isn't great, the gym needs improvement, and the general upkeep is just lacking. It is the most "updated" apartment complex within the law school, but it's definitely overpriced. A lot of people do end up living here, so it's nice to be with everyone, especially 1L.

Pav
The Pav is great for 1L – it is so close and easy. The apartment itself is a cookie cutter apartment - nothing unique or a lot of character about it, but good enough for law school!

Super convenient, best if you don’t have a car
This is pretty much one of two options for law students without vehicles. With that in mind, it’s great. The rooms are pretty sizeable and well-equipped, but the rest of the building amenities are not excellent. The price reflects the convenience of the location more than anything else. The maintenance staff is really responsive though.

Pav has a good location and is tolerable but has almost nothing else going for it
Pav is a good place to live because it's near the law school. But it's expensive and you get much less for your money than at, e.g., Jeffersonian. The management at Pav cares little about the experience of individual residents. I will say that the maintenance staff are great, but that's necessary because utilities and amenities in Pav break so often.
In short, Pav is livable and has a good location, but is definitely not ideal.

Overpriced, Underwhelming, Unsafe
This apartment is simply not worth the cost for someone living with roommates. We've had packages stolen, slow responses from management for work requests, and have a very bare-bones apartment for the price.

Nice Apartment, Ok Management, High Price
My apartment is great! There is a good amount of space, kitchen is updated, things are relatively clean, and I love having my own bathroom. The management has been ok, and is relatively responsive to concerns. The mail and package system is not handled well here. Additionally, both rent and parking increase significantly in price every year.

As I write below, this apartment is good except for the management.
