Great Location, Updated Units, No Complaints
So far, I've enjoyed my time here. The units are all newly renovated, so I came into a newly floored and painted apartment with updated appliances. Maintenance has been great, usually same-day. Lots of parking. 2 minute walk from the law school. Has been a great overall experience.

Jeffersonian Review
The Jeffersonian is a good place to live. It is spacious, the upgraded apartments are very well renovated, and the parking is convenient. It is the cheapest of the apartments close to the law school, but the price point is still high for what you get (see below).
There are two major drawbacks with the development. There is no in-unit laundry and 70+ units with multiple people in them share only 4 washers and 4 dryers. It is very challenging to do laundry unless you find the perfect time where others are at work or in class. You might as well buy a portable washer yourself to use. Management was also not responsive when thefts and break-ins occured and refused to put up cameras. You will likely want to get one yourself to avoid package theft (which is particularly an issue in the two middle stacks of the building). Also, there's no ice-maker, which for most wouldn't be a deal breaker, but is certainly not convenient.
If you are not absolutely strapped for cash I would recommend choosing the Pavillion which has more amenities, in unit laundry, gym, package room, security, etc.

Old Building, Good Unit
I have a top floor (third floor) unit facing Arlington Blvd, so I get a lot of great sunlight in my apartment. I also love the close location to the law school - I sometimes take walking breaks to the school for snacks, etc and to the Park, very convenient options. The building though is pretty old and the floorboards are the loudest I have ever experienced, even without any above me my own floorboards bother me. But it's manageable.

Great Price with some downsides
The price is unbeatable, especially since it is so close to the Law School and Barracks shopping center. There aren't in-unit washer and dryer. And the laundry room only has 4 of each machines and some of them are broken often. It would be great if they added more machines. My apartment is really spacious and I have plenty of storage space. I live on a 1st floor unit, so I don't get much sunlight and have recurring pest issues.

Good
Its good but we have to pay rent all at once which is difficult with roommates. We used to be able to do split payment between the two of us but now we have to venmo eachother.

Jeffersonian Review
Pretty good, responsive maintenance but worn down place with a bit of a cricket problem. SUPER close to law school and simple. Expensive laundry (about $5 for a wash and dry)

Crickets :(
I live on the first floor and I’ve had over 30 crickets enter my apartment each year. I also found a lizard this year. The price is $1750 per month not including electric, laundry, or wifi, which adds another $200 per month at least. The location is great, but that is pretty much the only benefit.

Good place to live/study
I like living here and find the management to be pretty responsive. In my three years, I've gotten both my fridge and oven replaced basically within a few days of raising an issue. I've also gotten a ceiling fan installed. I have an apartment on the back side of the back building, which I really recommend because I overlook the woods--the balcony makes the view especially enjoyable.
