Legacy Pointe
It’s about 15 minutes from LMU but only 2 minutes from a Target and crumbl cookie. We have loved living here!

I'm never leaving.
We love living here! The space is huge and perfect for roommates. Big closets, parking is always available, the staff is so friendly!

It's a good place, not the best.
It's a good complex overall, but management is not willing to work on issues with tenants and is not very responsive. When maintenance issues occur, the maintenance teams do not fix issues and are slow to respond, sometimes leaving a mess for tenants to clean. Other than management and maintenance issues (if they occur), the property is nice and well-kept on the outside. They have a pool on-premises as well as gym access. The property is close to major stores and is only 15 minutes from the University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville. I feel the rent is a bit high considering the lack of management involvement, however.

Good/Affordable/Quiet
I lived here all three years. It is about 16 minutes from the Law School in “North” Knox near Clinton hwy. The apartments are close to necessities like grocery stores, target, food and other shops. I had a good experience at my apartment. It is always quiet and management is very responsive even though the staff has changed quite frequently since I have been here. The cons are some of the policies/rules at the apartment. For example, visitor parking is limited (sometimes parking in general is tight) and management does checks on the apartment more frequent than I would like.
