I rate it 5/5

The apartment itself feels safe, clean, and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the quiet environment and respectful neighbors, which make it easy to focus on studies and adjust to a new country. Moving in was simple, and the staff made the whole process smooth even though I was coming from abroad.
